Our company operates a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certified by TUEV Rhineland, which covers not only the engineering and production of new gearboxes but also all repairs carried out on the Keller premises. To meet the standard, all processes required for the repair are completed according to strict guidelines and schedules. All repair parts are of course covered by a previously agreed warranty contract.

Step by step:

Each step in the repair process is documented by means of a worker inspection.
After the documentation is checked for completeness, the gearbox components are released by the quality management department for assembly.
After the gear has been assembled, it undergoes a thorough test run.
The test run time and inspections are coordinated with the customer and subsequently documented.
After the test run is completed, the unit is painted. The repaired gear now looks like a new unit.
